The staff, from cleaners to receptionists, are incredibly polite and nice. the location is superb, right next to tube and bus stops, shops, restaurants, and in a quiet area. Notting Hill Gate underground station, Portobello Market, Hyde Park, and many shops are within walking distance.

Reasonably priced hotel with amazingly attentive staff from the cleaners to the receptionists, appreciated our staying. Had recently refurbished, functional room with enough storage space, a newly refurbished bedroom, three single beds.

Loved our en suite rooms in this place.
The whole experience was fine from start to finish, would recommend. Everything was perfect, fine hotel. The location was stunning, within easy walking distance of England & Co. This venue was in a safe area.

Location
We were at Room 26 & it was very poorly maintained, I.E., curtains falling apart just hanging from one end each curtain, had to find some strings in our luggage to hang the curtains for our privacy; 1 window was about to fall down and was being held into place by duct tape; outer bed covers seemed to have been washed 5 years ago; washroom floor floods due to level lower than the rim of floor drain.

Everything was good with new-fashioned rooms. The hotel had a central location and it was steps away from a retail road.

Only the location was the I liked, that it's near a tube station, bus stop.Immediate cleaning of the room once you leave out. The staff was good.
having no internet facility, a very small room, with a very hard bed that makes me feel like Iam on an operating table with the head down, unless I changed the side. No sufficient electricity plugs, only one, either you watch the tv, or charge your mobile. also leaving the key each time you go out. no tea/coffee facility in the rooms. If you want to get some tea, you should go down to the groun floor
